We do not process or collect online payments directly through our website. Payments — including GCash, bank transfer, and cash — are handled manually using the instructions provided during booking. Advance rental reservation fees are paid before confirmation; the remaining rental balance is paid at pickup. Same-day rentals do not require a reservation fee.

By accessing our website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to the following terms.
Submitting a reservation request through our website does not automatically confirm your booking. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability, verification of renter information, and approval by Two Wheel Ventures CDO. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from our team.

Two Wheel Ventures CDO reserves the right to decline reservations that do not meet our rental requirements.
Rental rates shown on our website are intended as a guide and may change without prior notice. Additional fees may apply for vehicle delivery or pick-up, airport delivery, special delivery locations, additional rental days, late returns, and optional services requested by the renter. The final amount will always be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
Our minimum rental is 24 hours. We do not offer 12-hour or standalone hourly bookings. The full daily rate applies even if you use the unit for less than 24 hours. Hourly rates apply only to extra time after your booked rental period.

When an extension reaches 12 hours, it counts as one additional rental day at the applicable daily rate. These hourly rates are for extensions only; the minimum rental remains 24 hours.
Rentals of 7 days or more receive a ₱100 per day discount.
Your booking is officially confirmed only after vehicle availability has been verified, required documents have been received, any required reservation payment has been completed, and confirmation has been sent by Two Wheel Ventures CDO.
Advance rental confirmation may take up to 24 hours, especially if the rental date is several days away. An automated request-received email does not constitute booking confirmation.
Advance scooter and Spresso rentals require a ₱500 reservation fee, deducted from the total rental amount. Same-day rentals do not require this reservation fee, but the reservation form, availability verification and rental requirements still apply. Tour reservation or down payment requirements are communicated separately during booking and applied toward the total booking amount unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the reserved dates available to other customers. Reservation and down payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
However, if you need to reschedule, your reservation or down payment may be applied as a credit toward your new reservation, subject to vehicle availability and approval by Two Wheel Ventures CDO. Reservation credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original customer.
Whenever possible, we encourage customers to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability, new rental dates, and approval by Two Wheel Ventures CDO.
Customers who fail to arrive on the scheduled rental date without prior notice may forfeit any reservation fee already paid.
In rare circumstances, Two Wheel Ventures CDO may need to cancel a reservation or substitute the reserved vehicle due to mechanical issues, unexpected vehicle damage, safety concerns, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Whenever possible, we will offer a comparable or upgraded replacement vehicle at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of any reservation payments made.
Two Wheel Ventures CDO offers delivery and pick-up services within Cagayan de Oro City, Laguindingan Airport, and selected nearby areas, subject to availability.
Delivery and pick-up are available by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Share your exact location so we can confirm the applicable option.
Although we do our best to maintain accurate availability, unexpected maintenance or extended rentals may occasionally affect availability. If your selected vehicle becomes unavailable, we may offer a similar vehicle, different rental dates, or refund any eligible reservation payment.
The renter agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly, obey all traffic laws, return the vehicle on the agreed date and time, report accidents or mechanical issues immediately, and take reasonable care of the vehicle.
The rented vehicle must not be used for illegal or unlawful activities, racing or speed testing, reckless or dangerous driving, carrying prohibited or hazardous goods, use by any unauthorized driver, or any activity that may cause damage or endanger other road users.
Two Wheel Ventures CDO is not responsible for personal belongings left inside rented vehicles, delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or force majeure events, or indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws and courts of the Philippines.
