Submitting a reservation request through our website does not automatically confirm your booking. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability, verification of renter information, and approval by Two Wheel Ventures CDO. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from our team.

Two Wheel Ventures CDO reserves the right to decline reservations that do not meet our rental requirements.
Rental rates shown on our website are intended as a guide and may change without prior notice. Additional fees may apply for vehicle delivery or pick-up, airport delivery, special delivery locations, additional rental days, late returns, and optional services requested by the renter. The final amount will always be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
Your booking is officially confirmed only after vehicle availability has been verified, required documents have been received, any required reservation payment has been completed, and confirmation has been sent by Two Wheel Ventures CDO.
All bookings require a reservation or down payment to secure your selected vehicle, preferred rental dates, or tour schedule. The required amount will be communicated during the booking process and must be received before a reservation can be confirmed. Reservation and down payments are applied toward the total booking amount unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the reserved dates available to other customers. Reservation and down payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
However, if you need to reschedule, your reservation or down payment may be applied as a credit toward your new reservation, subject to vehicle availability and approval by Two Wheel Ventures CDO. Reservation credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original customer.
Whenever possible, we encourage customers to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability, new rental dates, and approval by Two Wheel Ventures CDO.
Customers who fail to arrive on the scheduled rental date without prior notice may forfeit any reservation fee already paid.
In rare circumstances, Two Wheel Ventures CDO may need to cancel a reservation or substitute the reserved vehicle due to mechanical issues, unexpected vehicle damage, safety concerns, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Whenever possible, we will offer a comparable or upgraded replacement vehicle at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of any reservation payments made.
Two Wheel Ventures CDO offers delivery and pick-up services within Cagayan de Oro City, Laguindingan Airport, and selected nearby areas, subject to availability.
Customers may pick up or return their rented vehicle free of charge at our designated meet-up location:

This option is available by prior arrangement.
We offer vehicle delivery and pick-up at Laguindingan Airport by prior arrangement, subject to the applicable delivery fee. Customers may be asked to provide flight details during the booking process.
Delivery to nearby municipalities may be available upon request. Please inquire first before submitting a reservation so we can provide a delivery quotation.
Although we do our best to maintain accurate availability, unexpected maintenance or extended rentals may occasionally affect availability. If your selected vehicle becomes unavailable, we may offer a similar vehicle, different rental dates, or refund any eligible reservation payment.
The renter agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly, obey all traffic laws, return the vehicle on the agreed date and time, report accidents or mechanical issues immediately, and take reasonable care of the vehicle.
The rented vehicle must not be used for illegal or unlawful activities, racing or speed testing, reckless or dangerous driving, carrying prohibited or hazardous goods, use by any unauthorized driver, or any activity that may cause damage or endanger other road users.
Two Wheel Ventures CDO is not responsible for personal belongings left inside rented vehicles, delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or force majeure events, or indirect losses arising from the use of our services.
